🚨🚨EMERGENCY!🚨🚨
Cold Nose
THE MISSION IS MOVING. [❄️] [🚛] MISSION 21 IS UNDERWAY.
As you read this, 21 puppies and their mothers will soon be loaded for transport. They are leaving behind a life of scavenging trash in the freezing cold of South Carolina, but their journey to safety isn't going to be easy.
Saturday Jan 31st, our transport driver is braving a winter storm to bring these dogs home to Sussex County, NJ. While the snow falls, we are racing to secure the $8,000 needed for their arrival. These dogs are trading the ice for warm beds and loving hearts, but we need our "Twenty-Oners" to clear the path.
This is mission is much larger than we typically take on, but we couldn't turn our backs, we just couldn't say no!
The transport is booked. The fosters are waiting. Now, we just need the funds to cover their "Freedom Ride," life-saving vaccines, spay/neuter, heartworm testing, and emergency vetting.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
How to Join Mission 21 Today:
Every $21 donation is a direct "Thank You" to the driver and a lifeline for a pup.
Founder and Rescue Director Alissa McLaughlin has 15 years of experience in rescue. The pets' health and welfare is the rescue’s top priority. They take pride in matching each pet with the right forever home. Along with a group of top notch volunteer team members, the Cold Nose Crew will make your adoption experience smooth and enjoyable.Advantage!
Since we are a network of foster homes, all of our pets enjoy the love and personal attention which cannot be duplicated in a kennel setting. They live as members of our volunteers' families, enjoying human and usually dog or cat contact and socialization every day. When a potential adopter chooses their new best friend, the foster home can give them insights about the dog or cat that will help them make the right choice. If this truly is the pet for them, the information will help start them off on the right foot (paw?) in their new lives together. Cold Nose adopters enjoy support through every step of the process - from choosing a pet to post adoption check-ins to make sure everyone is happy!
Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. Through our network of committed volunteers and foster homes we are able to rescue, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well matched, thoroughly screened forever homes. We also provide our adopters and the community with information on responsible pet ownership, including spay-neuter, training and good nutrition.
